1. Services
Invoxa Solutions provides online AI integration and automation services, including but not limited to: custom AI phone callers, lead generation via paid advertising, calendar integrations, CRM setup, and email automation. These services are designed to assist businesses in generating leads and managing appointments more efficiently.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring all necessary platform access is granted, and using our tools in compliance with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and local regulations.
3. Fees and Billing
Upon agreeing to begin services, clients will be charged an upfront setup fee, followed by a recurring monthly fee. All fees will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation call. Clients agree to pay all fees on time and acknowledge that service may be paused for non-payment.
4. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the services after the first month, you may request a refund. Refunds are not guaranteed after the first month unless required by law.
5. SMS Communications
SMS messages are only used for operational purposes such as appointment reminders. No marketing or promotional messages will be sent. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their contacts have provided appropriate consent to receive SMS messages, in accordance with the TCPA.
6. Limitation of Liability
Invoxa Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Clients acknowledge that results may vary and no outcomes are guaranteed.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
